AxisMarkets
AxisMarkets is Web based application that allows sellers and buyers
to connect and interact with one another. Users are represented on the
site with company profiles. You choose the information in your profile
and therefore control what can be seen by other users. AxisMarkets must

and AxisMarkets retains the ownership rights to this information.

is hosted by AxisMarkets and that AxisMarkets, including its service providers,
parent entity and affiliates, have access to aggregated information related
to Your E-Store customers in order for AxisMarkets to analyze performance
and make improvements to AxisMarkets Services and products. You may not
use Your customer information to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Personal
Information If you are registered to receive AxisMarkets Services,
You can access, review and modify Your personal information at any time
by logging into your Profile page (My
Axis) on the AxisMarkets Site. If You post messages using AxisMarkets
community discussion boards or other message areas that may be made available
on the AxisMarkets Site, it will not later be possible to edit or delete
those messages.
We delete personal information when we no longer need it for the purposes
we described earlier. We retain personal information as permitted by law
